Fully Automatic Spot and Full Coater and Curing System

Coater Head :

This machine has integrated light machinery and electric pneumatic.

It is capable of full and spot UV varnish on thick & thin paper having an output of 6000 sheets per hour.

Perfect for conventional varnish or water based varnish.

UV Curing Unit :

The best curing system is attached.

It is equipped with 2 UV lamps and 3 IR lamps having throughout vacuum bed on conveyor.

The delivery is in-house developed stacking unit with the great efficiency of handling the papers.

Lamps are enclosed in a reflector with separate reflector having good cooling system for better lamp life.

UV & IR lamps are from one of the best manufacturer in the world with running hour warranty.

For operation of lamp control system is equipped with half or full power system.
